Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 1more will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
  • You must notify 1more immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

Users of the 1more platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that harms other users is strictly prohibited.

Among the things that strictly prohibited on this platform:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to exploit the betting or gaming systems.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Making deposits using a payment method not in your own name, or using a stolen or illegally obtained credit card.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

  • All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to identity verification.

Regarding bonuses and promotions: all bonus offers provided by 1more are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated alongside each offer. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus. 1more reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
